Connections to Church, Community, and World

The Community of Christ is affiliated with the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. Synod.

In our neighborhood, we support HEAR Mount Pleasant
and Mount Pleasant Mainstreet.

We have two tenants and partners who reflect our mission and vision: the D.C. Language Access Coalition and Amani ya Juu. They moved into La Casa in late 2008.

We have a sister church relationship with a Christian base community in Jiñocuao, northwest Nicaragua.
